Important Note for Existing Paid Subscribers: If you currently have an active, paid Calm subscription, you cannot redeem the Accenture benefit until your current subscription expires. Welcome to your Accenture Calm Premium benefit! Follow the instructions below to unlock your subscription using either your web browser or the Calm mobile app.
Option 1: Redeeming via the Web
Log in to your Accenture Portal account.
Click on the dedicated Calm sign-up link within the portal article.
Follow the on-screen prompts to log in to your existing Calm account, or select Create a Free Account if you do not have one yet.
Once logged in or registered, your Accenture-sponsored Premium subscription will automatically apply to your account.
Option 2: Redeeming via the Calm Mobile App
If you are new to Calm, download the app using one of the links below and create an account using a personal email address. If you already have an account, simply log in.
Once you are logged into the app, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings: Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, then tap the Gear symbol ⚙️ in the top left-hand corner.
- Select Link Organization: Look for the Settings header at the top of the screen and select Link Organization Subscription.
- Search for Accenture: Type Accenture when prompted to enter your organization's name, then tap Submit.
- Validate Eligibility: You will automatically be redirected to an external website to validate your Accenture employee eligibility. Follow the prompts on that page.
- Confirm Activation: Once validated, you will see a success page verifying that you have redeemed Calm Premium. Tap the Home button to return to the app, where all Premium content will now be unlocked.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
I tried activating my benefit but received an error message.

My Accenture subscription is active, but Premium content still shows a lock symbol.
If you have successfully completed the sign-up process but content remains locked, try the steps outlined in Corporate benefit redeemed but content is still locked.
If you are still unable to access your Premium features after trying those steps, please contact the Calm Support Team. When submitting your request, please provide:
