Important Note before you begin: Redemption processes vary by organization. If you are unsure of your specific sign-up link, Access Code, or Group Code, please contact your company's HR or benefits administrator first.
If your employer or organization provides Calm Premium as a wellness benefit, follow the steps below to unlock your free account.
Step 1: Set up your Calm account
Before linking your benefit, you need a basic Calm account.
Existing users: Open the Calm app or website and log in with your current email and password.
New users: Download the Calm app for iPhone/iPad or Android and create a free account using a personal email address.
Method 1: Redeem via the Calm Mobile App
Open the Calm app and tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Tap the Gear Icon (⚙️) in the top left corner to open your Settings menu.
Tap Link Organization Subscription.
Enter your organization's name when prompted, then tap Continue.

Validate your eligibility:
If prompted, enter your work email, employee ID, Access Code (e.g., C-56K9L1), or Group Code (e.g., Calm2026), then tap Submit.
Note: If your company uses an internal employee portal, you will be automatically redirected to your company's login page. Log in there to proceed.

You will see a success page. Tap Home to access your unlocked Premium content.

Method 2: Redeem via a Web Browser
For the smoothest experience, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser on a desktop computer.
Go to your company's unique Calm sign-up link or internal employee benefits portal.
Log in to your existing Calm account, or sign up for a new one if you haven’t already.
Enter your unique identifier (work email, employee ID, or Access Code) if prompted to validate your eligibility.
Once confirmed, your Premium subscription will immediately unlock.
Open the Calm app on your phone and log in using the exact same account credentials you used in Step 2.
