⚠️ Important: Pathways are currently only available in English. If your Calm app language is set to a non-English language, your Pathway content will still display in English. Dependents on your Calm benefit are not eligible to enroll in Pathways.
What are Pathways?
Pathways are tailored, 2-week programs designed by your organization using curated Calm content. They provide practical tools and techniques to help you build skills, tackle mental health challenges, and improve your overall well-being.
New guidance and content are typically sent every other business day.
How to Participate in a Pathway
Step 1: Check your inbox
Look for an email from your HR or benefits administrator inviting you to opt into the Pathway.
Didn't receive the email? Please contact your HR department to confirm you were enrolled. Only users explicitly added by their administrator will receive a launch email.
Step 2: Log into Calm
Download the Calm app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the exact same email address and password you used to redeem your Calm Business benefit.

Step 3: Access your content
Open the Calm app and navigate to the For Work section to view your curated Pathway content.
How to Manage Notifications or Opt Out
To receive mobile alerts when new Pathways content is added, or to opt out of communications entirely, follow these steps:
Open the Calm app and tap Profile on the home screen.
Tap the Gear icon (⚙️) in the top-left corner to open your Settings.
Tap Notifications.
Toggle Pathways on (to receive alerts) or off (to opt out).
Note: If you do not see "Pathways" as an option, please update your Calm app to the latest version.
Privacy & Support
Is my activity private?
Yes. Your individual usage data and the specific content you listen to within a Pathway are entirely confidential. Your organization will never see your personal activity.
