You can cancel your Calm Premium subscription’s auto-renewal or free trial at any time. You will continue to have access to premium content until the subscription's expiration date.
To cancel your Calm Premium subscription:
- Tap 'Profile' on your app's Home screen.
- Tap the 'Settings' gear icon in the top left corner of your screen.
- Tap 'Manage Subscription' and follow the instructions here to cancel your subscription.
- For subscriptions purchased through Apple and Google Play, tap the word 'here' on your Manage Subscription page to be redirected to your device's subscription settings.

Calm Premium Family Plan subscriptions can only be canceled by the Calm Premium Family Admin through Calm’s website, and not in the Calm app directly. Learn more here.
