Comcast NBCUniversal offers free access to Calm Premium for US-based employees who are eligible for Comcast NBCUniversal medical benefits.

New to Calm? Download the free app for iPhone, iPad, or Android and create an account using a personal email address before starting.
Method 1: Redeem via the Calm Mobile App
Open the Calm app and log in to your account.
Tap Profile in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Tap the Gear icon (⚙️) in the top left-hand corner to open your Settings menu.
Select Link Organization Subscription.
Type Comcast NBCUniversal into the search bar when prompted, then tap Submit.
You will automatically be redirected to your company's internal portal. Log in with your employee credentials to validate your eligibility.
Once verified, you will see a success page. Tap Home to begin using your unlocked Premium content.
Method 2: Redeem via the Website
Navigate to your company's internal benefits portal at Comcast Employee Benefits Portal and log in with your employee credentials.
Click the dedicated link to access your Calm benefit. You will be automatically redirected to Calm's website.
Follow the on-screen prompts to log in to your existing Calm account (or create a new free account).
Once completed, open the Calm app on your mobile device and log in using those exact same credentials to see your active subscription.
Note: If you experience issues logging into your employee account during Step 1, please reach out directly to your HR or benefits administrator.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I followed the steps, but Premium content is still locked. What should I do?
This is almost always caused by being logged into a duplicate or incorrect account.
Step 1: Verify your account
On the Web: Click Log in in the upper right corner of the Calm Website.
In the App: Tap Profile on the home screen. If you see Sign up or Log in, tap it and select Log in at the bottom.
Step 2: Try a clean log out and restart
If you do not see a login option, you are already signed into an account. Try clearing the app's state:
Tap Profile (bottom right) > Gear icon (top left).
Scroll to the bottom and select Log out.
Force-close the Calm app completely, then reopen it.
Go back to Profile and log back in with the email address used during redemption.
Step 3: Check for updates
Ensure your Calm mobile app is fully updated to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play Store.
I see an error message while trying to redeem.

If you still need help, contact the Calm Support Team, click Continue on the pop-up, and provide a screenshot of the error along with your Calm account email.
What happens to my data if I leave the company?
If you leave Comcast NBCUniversal, your account will automatically transition to a free basic account. You will not lose your data. All of your session history, favorites, and usage stats will remain completely intact.
If you used a work email address, you can update it to a personal one at any time:
Tap Profile > Gear icon.
Tap Account info.
Edit your email address and tap Update to save.
