Playlists allow you to create custom collections of your favorite Meditations, Sleep Stories, and Music tracks within the Calm Health app. At this time, Playlists can only be created, edited, and deleted on the mobile app.
Creating a Playlist
- Start your Meditation, Sleep Story, or Music track to open the player screen.
- Tap the Playlist icon (+☰) next to the playback speed control.
- Select Create New Playlist.
- Enter a title for your Playlist, and tap Create. Your playlist is created, and your current session is added automatically.
- Tap Save to save your changes.
Please note: Clinical Programs and Infinite Music sessions aren't supported with Playlists. If the Playlist icon doesn't appear on a session, that content type isn't supported.
Adding a Session to a Playlist
- From your current session player screen, tap the Playlist icon (+☰).
- You'll see your existing playlist(s) listed, along with the option to create a new one.
- To add to an existing playlist: Tap the circle next to each playlist you'd like to add the track to. If you only have one playlist, it's selected automatically. If the track is already in a playlist, that playlist shows as selected.
- To create a new playlist: Select Create New Playlist and follow the same steps above.
- Tap Save to save your changes.
Locating Your Playlists
Once you've created a playlist, a Your Playlists section appears on your Home tab.
- Tap View All to see your full playlist library.
- Tap into any playlist to see the full details, including track count and total runtime. From here, you can play the playlist or shuffle it.
Removing Tracks or Deleting a Playlist
- Remove a track: Open the playlist from the Home tab, tap the dot menu next to the track, and select Delete.
- Delete a playlist: Open the playlist from the Home tab, tap the dot menu, select Delete Playlist, then confirm.
