The Home tab on the Calm Health app and website offers personalized clinical program recommendations to help you get started. These recommendations are tailored to your mental health screening results, goals, topics, or conditions.
Dismissing a clinical recommendation
To dismiss a clinical program recommendation from the Home tab:
- Tap the menu button (three dots in the upper-right corner of the program).
- Choose one of the following options:
- View the Program
- Join the Program
- Dismiss the Program
If you select Dismiss the Program, you’ll be prompted to either:
- Snooze for 10 Days
- Permanently Dismiss
After confirming your choice, your Home screen will update accordingly.
