Activities in the Calm Health app offer quick, meaningful actions to help you reach your wellness goals. You receive new Activities each day and can pin, replace, complete, and set reminders for them at any time.
Daily Activities
Each day, you receive 3 new Activities on your Home tab. These refresh at midnight unless pinned.
- Default Activities: general well-being actions (e.g., a 10-minute walk)
- Goal-based Activities: personalized actions based on your health goals
Managing your Activities
Tap the Today’s Activities prompt on your Home screen to see your list. Tap any Activity card to open the Activity Sheet, where you can:
- Pin Activities: Tap Pin to keep an Activity in your daily list (up to 17 pins).
- Replace: Swap an Activity for a different one.
- Mark Complete: Tap the "I Did This" button. The button will turn into a checkmark.
Correct a Mistake: If you accidentally marked an activity as done, simply tap the checkmark icon to mark it as incomplete again.
Using Reminders
Reminders send push notifications to your mobile device when it's time to complete your daily Activities. You have full control over the frequency and timing and can update your preferences at any time.
Setting up a Reminder
- Tap the Today’s Activities prompt on your Home screen.
- Select + Add Reminder below your activity list.
- In the Reminder Detail screen, choose your preferred Days and Time.
- Tap Save.
Editing or deleting a Reminder
Tap your existing reminder under the Activities list. From the detail screen, you can:
- Update the scheduled days or time.
- Delete the reminder entirely if you no longer need it.
Device settings required for Reminders
To receive Reminders, you must allow Calm Health to send notifications in your device's system settings. You will receive an automatic in-app prompt when creating a reminder to allow the required settings.

Note: If notifications are disabled, you will see an alert within your Activities and Reminders. Tapping this alert will take you directly to your device settings to update your preferences.
