Your Calm Health Plan is a personalized collection of program and content recommendations based on your mental health screening results, goals, topics, and conditions. You can find your Plan under the Plan tab in the Calm Health app or website, and update it at any time.
What's in your Plan
Your Plan tab has two views:
- Overview: your personalized Plan at a glance, showing your top clinical program recommendation, goal-based content, and resources
- All Recommendations: a full list of your recommendations, split by clinical programs and your personalized goals
Please note: Resources and some other features may not be available in your region or through your sponsor.
Changing your goals, topics, conditions, or screening results
To change your goals, topics, conditions, or screening, tap the Update Plan button in the lower right corner of the Plan tab in the Calm Health app or on the website. Tapping it reveals four options:
- Goals: update what you want to work on
- Topics: change your areas of focus
- Conditions: add or update your health conditions
- Screening: retake the mental health screening
Any changes you make will update your Plan overview and recommendations.
What is the mental health screening?
The mental health screening is a short survey that personalizes your Calm Health Plan based on how you are feeling. It asks about your thoughts and feelings over the past two weeks. For more information about the screening, visit our Calm Health Product FAQs.
My health condition, topic, or goal isn't listed
