To continue investing in expert-led programs, new features, and product innovation, we’re updating the price of our yearly subscription. While we recognize that changes in pricing can be challenging, this update ensures we can keep bringing you the best tools, content, and support.

Legacy Pricing: If you subscribed years ago at a lower rate, your price may have increased to the current standard upon your next renewal.
How to Check Your Exact Renewal Price
If you are already a subscriber, your specific renewal price is listed in your account settings right now.
Option A: Apple (iPhone/iPad)
Open iPhone Settings.
Tap your Name > Subscriptions.
Tap Calm.
Look for "Renews on [Date] for [Price]".
Option B: Google Play (Android)
Open the Play Store app.
Tap your Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions > Calm.
The renewal amount is listed next to the date.
Option C: Website (Direct Billing)
Log in at calm.com/profile.
Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
The next billing amount is displayed clearly.
Alternatives to Canceling
Consider these options:
Lifetime Membership: Pay once and never worry about price increases again.
Family Plan: Share one subscription with up to 5 friends/family members to split the cost.
Employer Access: Check if your company offers Calm for free via Calm Business.
Partnership Offers: Check if you are eligible for a deal through other apps or services you use. Companies such as Lincoln or MyFitnessPal sometimes offer special discounts or extended trials for Calm.
