Which app are you using?
- Calm: Follow the instructions below to update your billing info.
- Calm Sleep / Calm Health: These standalone apps use separate billing systems. Please check your account settings within those specific apps.
The method for updating your credit card or PayPal info depends on where you originally purchased your subscription (Apple, Google, or Calm.com).
Step 1: Identify Where You Subscribed If you aren't sure where you paid:
- Open the Calm app.
- Tap Profile > Settings (Gear Icon).
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- If it says "Manage on iTunes/App Store," follow the Apple steps below.
- If it says "Manage on Google Play," follow the Android steps below.
- If it lists a credit card or "Calm," follow the Website steps below.
iTunes / App Store (iPhone & iPad)
Calm cannot update this for you. You must do it in your iPhone settings.
- Open your iPhone's Settings app.
- Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Payment & Shipping.
- Tap Add Payment Method or tap an existing card to edit details.
Google Play (Android)
Calm cannot update this for you. You must do it in your Google Play settings.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods.
- Tap Update on the card you wish to fix.
Calm Website (Direct Purchase)
If you subscribed directly via calm.com:
- Log in to your account at www.calm.com/login.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription.
- Look for the Update Payment Method link.
- Enter your new credit card details and save.
PayPal
If you paid via PayPal, you must update your funding source inside your PayPal account, not on Calm.
- Log in to PayPal.
- Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
- Select Calm and change the funding source.
