Payment Terms: Subscriptions require a single, upfront annual payment in USD only. Monthly billing, billing by usage, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment by check are not available.
Seat Limitations: You can increase your number of covered lives or transfer seat ownership at any time, but you cannot decrease your seat count or receive a refund mid-cycle.
Automatic Renewal: Your plan is set to auto-renew annually. You can disable auto-renewal at any time before your cycle ends.

Program Overview & Pricing
How is Calm for Organizations different from a regular subscription?
It allows companies to purchase Calm Premium for groups of 5 to 300 people at a discounted rate. Every member assigned to a seat receives full, unrestricted access to the Calm app, identical to an individual Calm Premium subscription.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the total number of "covered lives" (seats) you purchase—the larger the group, the deeper the discount. To view specific tier pricing for your team size, use the interactive slider on our Pricing Calculator & Scrub Bar.
Can we try it before buying?
We do not offer trial access to the administrative dashboard prior to purchase, but you can view a preview via our interactive Partner Portal Product Tour. To explore our content library as an individual, you can sign up for a Calm Premium 14-Day Free Trial.
Subscription Activation & Timelines
When does our subscription and team access begin?
The Plan: Activates immediately at checkout. Your annual renewal date is set exactly one year from the date of purchase.
The Members: Access begins as soon as you upload your team's eligibility list into the portal.
Seat Redemptions: Members can claim their seat at any point while the subscription is active. Late redemptions do not shift or extend your plan's overall annual renewal date.
Account Setup & Admin Management
Who manages the organization's account?
The individual who completes the purchase is designated as the primary Administrator and will be prompted to create an Admin account. Once setup is complete, you can add additional team members as Administrators inside the dashboard.
Should Admins be included in our total seat count?
Only include Administrators in your total "covered lives" headcount if they intend to use the Calm app for personal use. If an Admin only intends to manage the portal, they do not need a paid seat.
Managing Member Access & Seats
Can I change who has access mid-cycle?
Yes. You can manage your employee roster at any time within the portal. Members removed from your eligible pool will lose app access at the end of the current calendar month, and new members can activate their accounts instantly.
Option A: Bulk Update (Add or Remove Multiple Members)
Log in to your account and open the dashboard.
Upload a revised CSV eligibility file. Note: If your new list exceeds your paid seat capacity, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan.
Option B: Individual Removal
Go to the Eligibility tab.
Select the Users menu.
Click the red "-" (Minus) button next to the specific team member you wish to remove.
Can I add more seats later in the year?
Yes. Administrators can purchase additional covered lives at a prorated rate directly inside the portal at any time.

Yes. Your dashboard provides aggregated, privacy-compliant analytics including:
Employee sign-up and activation rates
Overall engagement and utilization rates

Does this plan include access for family dependents?

Web Browser: Accessible from anywhere in the world with an active internet connection.
