How to Upgrade Your Covered Lives
If you need to add more spots for your team immediately, you can self-serve directly from your dashboard:
Log in to your account and open the Partner Portal.
Click on the Plan & Payment tab.
Select the Upgrade coverage button and follow the prompts.
How to Downgrade Your Covered Lives for Renewal
⚠️ Critical Billing Step: Simply removing users or updating your list under the Eligibility tab will not automatically lower your bill or reduce your paid slots upon renewal.
To officially decrease your total covered lives for your next billing cycle, you must complete the following two steps:
Navigate to the Eligibility tab in your Partner Portal and update your employee list to reflect your new, preferred number of seats.
Contact the Calm Support Team at calmbusinesshelp@calm.com to request the downgrade. You must send this email within two weeks of your upcoming renewal date.
