Important Age and Access Warning: Dependents must be 16 years of age or older to redeem a Calm Premium invite. Removing a dependent from your benefit will result in their immediate loss of access to all Calm Premium content.
You can invite and remove dependents from your Calm benefit at any time. To manage your dependents, you must log into your Calm account using a web browser or desktop computer.
Note: You cannot manage dependents from inside the Calm mobile app.
How to Invite or Remove a Dependent
Log into your account on a desktop or laptop browser at Calm Website.
Click on Profile in the top navigation.
Click on the Manage Subscription tab.
Click the Manage Dependents button.

Select your next action:
To Invite a Dependent: Click the Invite Dependents button. You can then copy the direct link or click Email Link to send it directly.
To Remove a Dependent: Click the X next to the dependent's email address.
Troubleshooting: Missing the "Manage Dependents" Option?
If you do not see the Manage Dependents option, please double-check that you are logged into the specific Calm account where your employer-provided subscription was originally redeemed. This setting will not appear on secondary accounts.
