Step 1: Identify where you purchased your Calm subscription
Refunds are processed differently depending on your purchase platform:

Refunds for Calm.com purchases
If you purchased your subscription directly from Calm.com, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Go to our Refund Request Form
- Log in to your Calm account
- Complete and submit the form
Once submitted, your refund is typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds for Apple (iTunes / App Store) purchases
If your subscription was purchased through Apple, Calm isn’t able to process the refund directly.
Please request a refund from Apple using their portal:
You can also open the Apple Support app and select Billing & Subscriptions → Request a Refund.
Apple reviews and processes refunds independently of Calm. You can expect updates directly from Apple once your request is submitted.
Refunds for Google Play Store purchases
If you subscribed through Google Play, our Calm Support team can assist you.
To request a refund:
- Visit our Contact Support page
- Select Managing my Subscription → Google Play Store
- Fill out the short form and submit your request
We’ll respond in the order tickets are received. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
What to expect after submitting your refund request
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
- Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll continue to have Calm Premium access until your refund is finalized.

Can I request a partial refund?
At this time, Calm offers full refunds only for eligible Calm.com purchases within 30 days.
I canceled my subscription — do I still need to request a refund?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals, but it doesn’t automatically issue a refund. Please follow the refund steps above.
What if I don’t see my refund after 10 days?
Check with your payment provider first. If it’s been more than 10 business days, reply to your original refund confirmation email for further assistance.
