I already have a subscription to Calm Premium. How do I switch to accept a Friends and Family invite for Calm Health?
To clarify, Calm has two different apps: the Calm app and the Calm Health app. You can learn more here: https://www.calmhealth.com/faq
At this time, the regular Calm app and the Calm Health app are separate offerings. You can have a Calm Premium subscription and accept an invite to Calm Health at the same time. However, you will not be able to share your existing Calm app data with the Calm Health app. Additionally, streaks and session history from Calm will not carry over to the Calm Health app and vice versa.

Now that Calm Health is provided to me for free as a friend or family member, can I receive a refund for my previously purchased Calm Premium yearly subscription for the regular app?
We’ll be happy to offer a refund for yearly Calm Premium subscription purchases that were made within 30 days through the calm.com website or the Google Play Store. However, we are unable to issue refunds for purchases that are older than 30 days.
Customers who subscribed to Calm through the Apple App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion). You can contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/

Who can join as a Friend or Family Member?
If you are eligible for the Friends and Family for Calm Health benefit, you can select up to five individuals to receive free access to Calm Health. Friends and family members must permanently reside in the United States and be 16 years of age or older.
Do Friends and Family members share a single Calm Health account, or do we each get our own account?
Each friend or family member has their own individual Calm Health account and logs in using a unique login method. Personalized plans, mental health screening results, and other personal information tied to an individual's Calm Health account are not shared between the Calm Health plan admin and friends or family members.
Can anyone else see my session history or account activity?
No, individual usage information is not shared with other users on the Friends and Family benefit for Calm Health. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
