Once you have been added as a Friend or Family member for Calm Health, you’ll receive an invite link via message, email, or directly from the person providing the Calm Health benefit. Be sure to accept the invite by clicking the unique link sent to you.
Completing your Calm Health registration
- Download the Calm Health app then click on the unique invite link.
- Launch the Calm Health app. You will see two options:
- Create a Calm account: select this option if you do not have a Calm account and continue with the Apple, Google, Facebook, or Email Sign-up method.
- Log in to your Calm account: select this option if you have an existing Calm account, and continue with your email address or third-party sign-in method previously shared with Calm.
- Enter a valid Canada, U.K., or U.S. phone number to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and select your preferred authentication method (text message or phone call). To learn more about Calm Health's MFA, please visit this page.
- Next, enter your First and Last name and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tap Continue.
- Select your country of residence to confirm eligibility for the Friends and Family benefit. You may also be asked to provide consent on a confirmation screen.
- Once Step 5 is complete, you should see a success page verifying that you’ve successfully completed your registration for Calm Health. You’ll then be prompted to complete a brief survey about yourself before being taken to your personalized Plan.
