Calm Health is an invitation-only app provided through your employer, organization, or health plan. To get started, you will need the invitation email sent by your organization, which contains your invitation link and access code.

Step 1: Find Your Invitation Email
Find the invitation email sent by your employer, organization, or health plan and click the unique link to begin the sponsorship redemption process.
If you did not receive an invitation email, but received an access code, you can begin your redemption online or by downloading the Calm Health app on your device:
Step 2: Create or Log In to Your Calm Account
Select one of the following options shown on your screen:
- Log in with your Calm account: Choose this if you have an existing Calm account. Continue with the email or sign-in method previously used with Calm.
- Create a Calm account: Choose this if you don't have a Calm account. Continue with your preferred sign-up method.
Step 3: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You will be prompted to secure your account with MFA. Enter a valid phone number and select your preferred verification method: text message or phone call. To learn more about MFA for Calm Health, visit our MFA guide.
Step 4: Confirm Your Eligibility Details
Enter your First and Last name, then accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tap Continue.
Next, enter your access code. If you used your invitation link, this may be pre-filled. Tap Continue.
When prompted, enter the eligibility details requested by your organization. These can be found in your invitation email. Tap Submit.

Step 5: Complete Your Registration
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you'll see a success screen. You'll then be asked to complete a short survey before being taken to your personalized Plan.
You can now access Calm Health. If you completed registration on a computer, scan the QR code shown to download the Calm Health app on your mobile device. Or use the links below:
Log in to Calm Health using the same sign-in method you selected in Step 2.
