If you are eligible for the Friends and Family for Calm Health benefit, you can select up to five individuals to receive free access to Calm Health. Friends and family members must permanently reside in the United States and be 16 years of age or older.
You can manage your invites at any time through your Calm Health account using the app or website.
Inviting via the Calm Health app
- Launch the Calm Health app. From the home screen, tap the Profile tab in the bottom right of the navigation panel.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap Manage Friends and Family.
- Tap the plus sign + next to each invite and type in the nickname of the friend or family member being invited.
- Tap Share Invite and use the sharing options available on your device to send the invite to your friend or family member.
Please note: Each invite has a unique link that expires after 30 days. If an invite link has expired, you can generate and send a new unique link or remove the recipient by clicking on their nickname.
Inviting via the Calm Health website
- Launch the Calm Health website. From the home screen, click the Profile tab on the upper navigation panel.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap Manage Friends and Family.
- Click the plus sign + next to each invite and type in the nickname of the friend or family member being invited.
- Click Copy link or Email link to send the invite to your friend or family member with your preferred delivery method.
- Click Invite Sent to save your friend or family member's invite.
To remove a friend or family member:
- From the Manage Invites screen, click on the arrow next to your friend or family member's nickname.
- If the friend or family has not accepted their invite, click Withdraw Invite.
- If the friend or family member has already accepted their invite, click Revoke Access.
Important: Once access has been revoked, the friend or family member will lose access to the full Calm Health experience but will retain access to their account.
