I've purchased Calm for my organization. What do I do next?
Within your Calm Partner Portal, click on the Home tab and follow the recommended steps outlined under the Get Set Up section to complete your set-up and begin using Calm as a group.
How do my team members activate their Calm access?
Once the Partner Portal Admin has completed the recommended steps outlined under the Get set up section on the Home tab, designated group members will be able to activate their access to Calm. Eligible members must access the unique URL and verify their eligibility by entering the same email address that was included on the eligibility file uploaded to the Partner Portal by the Partner Portal Admin. After doing so, they will be prompted to create a Calm account or log in if they already have one and their Calm Premium access will immediately apply to their Calm account. If a group member encounters any trouble, please direct them to this article for further assistance getting started with Calm.
How do I access my Partner Portal account as an Admin?
As soon as the Partner Portal account is created, the person who purchased the subscription for their organization is emailed a link to log in to their Partner Portal account. If you don't see this email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder.
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" if you are having trouble logging in to your Partner Portal. The password reset link received will only be valid for 60 minutes.

Can my group have more than one Admin?
Yes! The Admin can add additional Admins on the Account tab within the Calm Partner Portal. Please note, if you have a Plan & Payment tab inside your Partner Portal all Administrators will have access to manage their subscription, including purchasing additional covered lives.
Can I update who is on our organization’s subscription mid-year?
Yes! You can upload a new eligibility file at any time within the Calm Partner Portal to adjust who has access to the Calm benefit. This option allows you to add or remove multiple team members at once. When a new eligibility file is uploaded, the members who are no longer on the file will lose access to Calm Premium at the end of the current month. New members on the eligibility file will be able to activate their Calm Premium access using your unique URL immediately. Please note that if a new eligibility file exceeds the number of purchased seats, you will be prompted to purchase additional covered lives on your plan.
You can also remove team members from your eligibility file at any time on the Users tab in your Partner Portal account. To remove an employee, click the red "-" button next to the employee in question. Note that this option allows you to remove only one employee at a time.
Can I add additional seats to my organization’s subscription mid-year?
Yes, all Admins will be able to purchase additional covered lives on their organization’s subscription at a prorated rate on the Plan & Payment tab within the Calm Partner Portal. Please note, that you will not be able to decrease the number of covered lives once the purchase is complete. If you do not have a Plan & Payment tab inside your Partner Portal account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly for assistance regarding your upgrade request.
Will my organization’s subscription auto-renew? How do I cancel the auto-renewal?
To determine the status of your subscription, go to the Plan & Payment tab within the Calm Partner Portal. On this page, Admins can cancel the subscription. Once the subscription has been canceled, team members will continue to have access to Calm Premium until the current subscription period ends. If you do not have a Plan & Payment tab inside your Partner Portal account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly regarding your cancelation request.

Am I able to see if my team members are using Calm?
Yes, the Reporting tab inside the Calm Partner Portal includes aggregated data on how your group is using Calm, including sign-up rate, engagement rate, the type of content most often listened to, and more. Please note, that data will be shared in aggregate once 10 or more team members have redeemed their benefit, as we do not share identifying information per our Privacy Policy.
