You can use Apple's Siri to navigate the Calm app completely hands-free! With over a dozen custom voice commands, you can ask Siri to do everything from playing your Daily program to launching an Emergency Calm meditation when you need it most.
How to Enable Siri Shortcuts (iOS 16 & Newer)
If your Apple device is running iOS 16 or newer, you will manage your Siri settings through Apple's native Shortcuts app.
Ensure Siri is enabled in your device's main Settings.
Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down to find Calm, or type "Calm" into the search bar.
Tap the 'See All' button to reveal all available Calm Siri commands.
You will see a banner labeled Talk to Calm. Tap the option to Turn on Calm Shortcuts with Siri. (Alternatively, you can tap the (i) symbol in the top right corner and ensure that both 'Spotlight' and 'Siri' are toggled on).
