Currently, the Calm app cannot be downloaded on Amazon Kindle e-readers or Amazon Fire Tablets. It is not available in the Amazon Appstore.
(Please note: Standard black-and-white e-ink Kindles, like the Paperwhite or Oasis, do not support media streaming and cannot play Calm content at all).
How to Use Calm on a Fire Tablet (Browser Workaround)
If you have a color-screen Amazon Fire Tablet, you can attempt to access our library of meditations and Sleep Stories by logging into the Calm website through your tablet's internet browser.
⚠️ The Website is Not Optimized for Kindle
Please be aware that https://app.www.calm.com is not fully optimized for Kindle web browsers (such as the Amazon Silk browser). While you can navigate to the site, you may experience slower loading times, display issues, or audio that stops playing when the screen turns off.
If you would still like to try the web browser workaround:
Turn on your Amazon Fire Tablet and open your internet browser.
Type https://app.www.calm.com into the address bar and hit enter.
Tap Log In in the top right corner of the website.
Sign in with the exact same method (Email, Apple, Google, or Facebook) you used to create your account.
For the smoothest and most reliable Calm experience, we highly recommend downloading the official mobile app on a supported Apple iOS or Android device, or using a standard desktop computer.
