You can easily check the status of your Calm Premium subscription to see when your trial or paid plan began, when it is set to renew, or if it is currently active.
How you check your status depends on where you originally purchased your subscription. Please check the Calm app first, or use the device-specific instructions below.
Method 1: Check in the Calm App (All Platforms)
You can access your basic subscription information directly within the Calm mobile app.
Open the Calm app and tap Profile on the home screen.
Tap the Settings (Gear icon ⚙️) in the upper left corner.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Note: This page will display details about your subscription status, including when your trial or subscription began. It also includes a link to cancel your automatic renewal if you wish to do so.
Method 2: Check via the Calm Website (Desktop/Browser)
If you purchased your subscription directly through the Calm website, you can view your details online.
Go to the Calm website and log in.
Navigate to your Profile.
Select Manage Subscriptions.
The Manage Subscriptions tab will be automatically selected and will display your current subscription and billing details.
Method 3: Check via Apple (iPhone/iPad)
If you signed up for Calm through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed directly by Apple.
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your Name/Apple ID at the very top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Look for Calm in your list of Active subscriptions to see your renewal date and status.

Method 4: Check via Google Play (Android)
If you signed up for Calm through Google Play, your subscription is managed directly by Google.
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your Google profile photo in the top right corner of the screen (next to the search bar).
In the menu that appears, tap Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Calm subscription listed there to view your status.
Note: If you do not see Calm listed in this menu, it means you do not have an active subscription attached to that specific Google account.
Troubleshooting: Can't Find Your Subscription?
If your app says you are on a "Free Plan" and you don't see a subscription listed in Apple or Google Play, you may have signed up using a different email address or Apple ID/Google Account.
