You can access your subscription information through the 'Manage Subscription' page in your Calm app. To find this page in the app, tap 'Profile' on the home screen. Next, choose the gear icon in the upper left corner and tap 'Manage Subscription' to view details about your subscription status.
This page will tell you when your trial or subscription began as well as include a link to cancel your automatic renewal. For further details about trials and subscriptions through iTunes or Google Play, please see the information below.
If you signed up through Apple:
You can check the status of your trial or subscription through the Settings app on your device. If you have any trouble canceling or locating this spot in settings, please follow the instructions found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098
If you signed up through Google Play:
You can check the status of your subscription through the Google Play account on your device. Please see these steps for canceling through your mobile device:
- Open the Google Play store app.
- Tap the hamburger icon (the icon that looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the upper left-hand corner.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Tap your Calm subscription - if you do not see Calm listed here, then you have not activated a Calm subscription or free trial.
- If it has been canceled, you will see the expiration date listed. If it has not been canceled yet, you'll see the renewal date, along with the price you'll be charged and an option to cancel.
