How to activate your new subscription:
When you purchase a Calm subscription through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we immediately send a welcome email to the exact address provided at checkout. To sync your purchase to the Calm app, you must open that welcome email and click the verification link. If you do not see the welcome email in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Still can't find the welcome email?
If you haven't received the email, it is highly likely there was a typo in the email address entered during checkout or a different email address was used. Because our system uses email addresses to locate and sync subscriptions, we will need to search for your account manually using your purchase details.
What to do next:
To help us locate your missing account as quickly as possible, please submit a ticket to our support team and include the following information in your first message:

Email Addresses & Login Info Please provide any email address that could possibly be tied to the charge, including:
Alternate Emails: Any other personal or work emails you might have used or accidentally mistyped.
Apple Users: If you used Apple Pay, you may have used the "Hide My Email" feature. See Manage the Hide My Email addresses
Facebook Users: If you created your Calm account using Facebook, please provide the email address associated with your Facebook account, as well as your first and last name exactly as they appear on your profile.

Proof of Purchase
A screenshot or forwarded copy of your email receipt.
If you didn't receive a receipt: Please provide a clear screenshot or image of the charge directly from your bank or credit card statement.

Specific Purchase Details If you cannot locate a receipt, we will need the following details to search our billing system manually:

Payment Method used: Did you enter your card details directly, or did you use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Apple Pay or Google Pay Users: If you used one of these methods, your device likely assigned a unique "virtual card number" to the purchase. We need the last 4 digits of this virtual number, not your physical card.
