How to Switch from Monthly to Annual
To upgrade your subscription from a monthly plan to an annual plan, you must first cancel your current monthly subscription.
Once your monthly auto-renewal is canceled and your current billing cycle ends, you can re-subscribe to the annual option right here: Calm Subscription Page
Pro Tip: Your progress is safe! Don't worry, canceling your monthly subscription to switch plans will not delete your data. Your saved favorites, meditation streaks, and session history are securely tied to your Calm account and will be waiting for you when you activate your new annual plan.
To cancel your current monthly subscription, follow the instructions for the platform where you originally purchased it:
If you purchased through Apple (iPhone/iPad): You can access your Apple subscription settings through the Calm app.
Open the Calm app and tap Profile.
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the upper left corner.
Tap Manage Subscription.
On the next page, tap the word 'here' to be redirected to your phone's Apple subscription settings.
Find Calm and select the option to cancel. (Note: If you see Calm listed but it only shows an expiration date and no option to cancel, your subscription has already been canceled).
If you purchased through Google Play (Android): You can manage your subscription via the Calm app or Google Play.
Via the Calm App: Tap Profile > tap the Settings (gear icon) > tap Manage Subscription > tap the 'here' link to be redirected to your Android subscription settings.
Via the Google Play app: Open the Google Play Store app > select My Apps > look for the Subscriptions tab.
Via the Web: Go to the Google Play Store website > click Account in the left-hand menu > scroll down to the Subscriptions section.
If you purchased through the Calm Website: If you originally subscribed to a monthly plan directly through our website, please contact us for assistance! Reach out to our support team at calm.com/contact and provide the email address associated with your account so we can cancel the subscription for you.
How to Switch from Annual to Monthly
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change an active annual subscription into a monthly subscription mid-cycle.
You can cancel your current annual subscription on your device by following the platform instructions above to ensure it does not auto-renew next year.
Because annual plans are paid upfront, you will still retain full access to all Premium content until your current annual subscription ends.
