A Quick Note on Free Trials: If this is your very first time subscribing to Calm, your yearly plan will likely begin with a 7-day free trial! You will be required to enter your payment details to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the 7 days have ended.

Method 1: Purchase via the Calm Website (Recommended)
Purchasing directly through our website ensures your billing is managed directly by Calm, rather than a third-party app store.
Go to www.calm.com on your computer or mobile web browser.
Log in to your existing Calm account (or create a new free account if you don't have one).
Navigate to our subscription page here: https://www.calm.com/freetrial/plans
Select the Yearly subscription option.
Enter your payment details and complete the checkout process.
Method 2: Purchase via the Apple App Store (iOS)
If you prefer to have your billing managed by Apple, you can upgrade directly inside the Calm iPhone or iPad app.
Open the Calm app on your iOS device and ensure you are logged in.
Tap on any Premium content (look for the padlock icon) or tap the Premium banner on your home screen.
The subscription upgrade screen will appear. Select the Yearly option.
Confirm your purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
Method 3: Purchase via the Google Play Store (Android)
If you prefer to have your billing managed by Google, you can upgrade directly inside the Calm Android app.
Open the Calm app on your Android device and ensure you are logged in.
Tap on any Premium content (look for the padlock icon) or tap the Premium banner on your home screen.
The subscription upgrade screen will appear. Select the Yearly option.
Confirm your purchase through the Google Play billing prompt.
