How can I check the status of my Calm Premium subscription?
You can access your subscription information through the 'Manage Subscription' page in your Calm app. To find this page in the app:
- Tap 'Profile' on the home screen
- Choose the Settings gear icon ⚙️ in the upper left corner
- Tap 'Manage Subscription' to view details about your subscription status. This page will tell you when your trial or subscription began as well as include a link to cancel your automatic renewal.
If you signed up through Apple:
You can check the status of your trial or subscription through the Settings app on your device. If you have any trouble locating this spot in settings, please follow the instructions found here.
If you signed up through Google Play:
You can check the status of your subscription through the Google Play account on your device. Please see these steps to locate your subscription information through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your Google profile photo in the top right corner of the screen, next to "Search for apps & games"
- In the menu that appears, tap the 'Payments & Subscriptions' option
- Next, tap 'Subscriptions'
Tap the Calm subscription that is listed there
If you do not see Calm listed, this means you do not have a subscription activated on that Google Play account
