Using the Calm Health app
At this time, you can update your notification settings through the Calm Health app:
- Launch the Calm Health app. After logging in, tap the Profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select Settings ⚙️ on the top right-hand corner of the Profile page and scroll down to the Notifications section.
- Select 'Personalized Recommendations', 'Tips & Suggestions', or 'Updates' where you can toggle on or off Email Notifications and Push Notifications.
