Kaiser Permanente provides its eligible members with access to Calm Premium at no additional cost, including the full library of sleep, meditation, and relaxation content available in the Calm app and on the website.
How it works
Kaiser Permanente members receive unlimited access to Calm Premium for as long as their coverage is active. Calm access must be redeemed through your Kaiser Permanente account. Only one redemption can be made per account.
Who is eligible
Most Kaiser Permanente members are eligible for this benefit. To check your eligibility, visit kp.org/selfcareapps and select Get Calm. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Kaiser Permanente account to confirm your eligibility.
Don't see the Calm benefit? This may mean Calm is not included in your current health plan. Please contact Kaiser Permanente directly for further guidance on your benefits.
