If you encountered an error message while trying to redeem your Calm benefit through Kaiser Permanente, try the following steps.
Step 1: Sign out and sign back in to your Kaiser Permanente account
- Sign out of your Kaiser Permanente account at kp.org
- Sign back in and return to kp.org/selfcareapps
- Select Get Calm and try redeeming again
Step 2: Try a different web browser
If the error persists, try opening kp.org/selfcareapps in a different web browser or in a private/incognito window.
