Eligibility
Who is eligible for this offer?
Most Kaiser Permanente members are eligible for no-cost access to Calm Premium. To confirm your eligibility, visit kp.org/selfcareapps and select Get Calm. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Kaiser Permanente account.
I don't see Calm on kp.org/selfcareapps. What should I do?
This may mean Calm is not included in your current health plan. Please contact Kaiser Permanente directly for further guidance on your benefits.
Are there any usage limits?
No. Kaiser Permanente members have unlimited access to Calm Premium for as long as their coverage is active.
Existing Calm Users
I already have a Calm account. Do I need to create a new one?
No. During the redemption process, you will be prompted to log in to your existing Calm account. Your Calm Premium access will activate on that account.
I already have a paid Calm subscription. Can I still receive this offer?
Yes. Once your current subscription has been cancelled, you will be able to redeem your Kaiser Permanente benefit at no additional cost. Please note that being eligible for this offer does not qualify a previously purchased Calm subscription for a refund. For cancellation steps, refer to our cancellation guide.
Managing Your Access
How long does my access last?
Your Calm Premium access remains active for as long as your Kaiser Permanente coverage is active.
What happens to my Calm account if I leave Kaiser Permanente?
Your Calm account will remain active until the end of your current one-year cycle. After that, you will no longer be able to re-activate through Kaiser Permanente. You can continue using Calm by purchasing a subscription at calm.com/subscribe.
Privacy
Will my health information be shared between Kaiser Permanente and Calm?
No. Calm does not share your mindfulness or usage information with Kaiser Permanente. Kaiser Permanente only shares your membership status with Calm to verify eligibility.
