As a Kaiser Permanente member, you can sign up for Calm Premium using the following steps.
- Visit kp.org/selfcareapps and select Get Calm. If prompted, sign in to your Kaiser Permanente account.
- You will be redirected to Calm's website and asked if you already have a Calm account.
- If you do not have a Calm account, select Sign up for free and follow the prompts to create one.
- If you already have a Calm account, select Log in and follow the prompts to log in.
- Your Calm Premium access will automatically activate.
- Download the Calm app on your device, and log in using the same email address and password used in Step 2. If needed, refer to our login guide.
For the best experience, we recommend redeeming your Calm benefit using a web browser rather than through the Kaiser Permanente app or Calm app.
