How is a Calm Business Team Plan different from a regular Calm subscription?
A Calm Business Team Plan offers the ability to purchase Calm for groups of 5 to 100 at a discounted rate.
By purchasing Calm for your group through the Team Plan, each member of your organization will receive access to the full content of the Calm product. This provides the same in-app experience as an individually purchased subscription to Calm Premium.
How is a Team Plan different from purchasing an Enterprise Plan?
Our Team Plan is a Calm Business product offered to organizations between 5 and 100 members. Our Team option offers a self-serve experience where a Team’s Admin is able to manage the members of the Team and the subscription details from within their Team’s Calm Partner Portal.

How is the Team Plan billed?
When a Team subscription is created, the payment method provided at checkout will be billed as one up-front payment for the full year at the time of purchase. The subscription is activated immediately and set to automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period.
At this time, we only offer annual subscriptions for the Team Plan and cannot bill monthly.
Additionally, we do not offer billing by usage for the Team Plan. We encourage you to survey your organization’s interest to determine the optimum number of covered lives for your Team Plan. During the year, you can change the ownership of a specific seat or increase the number of covered lives on your Team subscription at any time though the number of covered lives cannot be decreased.
What payment methods can be used?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our website, however, we cannot offer invoicing, purchase orders, or payment by check for a Team Plan.
How much does it cost to purchase the Team Plan?
The cost of our Team Plan is based on the number of covered lives you hope to purchase. Purchasing more will lead to a larger discount offer.

Can I do a trial before purchasing?
At this time, we do not offer trial access to the Calm Partner Portal before purchasing the Team Plan. You can view our recorded tour of the Calm Partner Portal for the Team Plan here.

When does the subscription begin? When does access to Calm begin for the covered lives?
The subscription begins as soon as it is purchased and will auto-renew yearly until the subscription has been canceled.
After completing your purchase, you will be redirected to your Calm Partner Portal where you will be provided instructions for getting started. In the Calm Partner Portal, you will upload your list of eligible team member email addresses. As soon as the file is uploaded, those team members will be able to activate their Calm Premium access through your Team’s unique URL. You will also be offered suggestions for how to communicate the activation instructions with your team members.
People you invite to join your Team Plan can redeem one of the seats at any time, as long as the Team subscription is active. The timing of the redemptions will not change the auto-renewal date of the subscription. For example, if a team member waits 3 months to redeem their seat, the auto-renewal date of the subscription will still be 1 year from the date of purchase.
Who manages the Team and should they be included in the total number of covered lives purchased?
The person who purchases the Calm Business Team Plan will be prompted to create an Admin account within the Calm Partner Portal. This account is automatically set as the Team’s Administrator. Once the purchase is completed, other Administrators can be added to the Team.
During checkout, the total number of covered lives purchased should represent the total number of people who will be provided Calm as a benefit. Administrators of the Team do not need to be included in the total covered lives purchased if they will not be a recipient of the benefit.
Can I change who is on my Team Plan in the middle of a subscription?
Yes, you can upload a new eligibility file at any time within the Calm Partner Portal to adjust who has access to the Calm Business benefit. This option allows you to add or remove multiple team members at once. The members who are no longer on the eligibility file will lose access to Calm Premium provided through your Team Plan at the end of the current month. New members on the eligibility file will be able to activate their Calm Premium access using your Team’s unique URL immediately. Please note that if a new eligibility list exceeds the number of purchased covered lives on your Team, you will be prompted to adjust your plan.
You can also remove team members from your eligibility file at any time on the "Users" tab in your Partner Portal account. To remove a team member, click the red "-" button next to the team member in question. Note that this option allows you to remove only one team member at a time.
Can I add additional covered lives later in the year?
Yes, Team Admins are able to add additional covered lives to their Team Plan at a prorated rate from within the Calm Partner Portal. Please note that you will not be able to decrease the number of covered lives once the purchase is complete.
Does my Team Plan automatically renew?
Yes, the Calm Business Team Plan is set to renew annually. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time from within the Calm Partner Portal.
Can I see how my Team is using Calm? Do you offer analytics?
Your Calm Partner Portal includes aggregated data on how your group is using Calm, including sign-up rate, engagement rate, the type of content most often listened to, and more.

Are there any 'setup fees' for the Team Plan?
No, we do not have setup fees when purchasing the Calm Business Team Plan.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts for the Team Plan?
No, we do not offer any additional discounts when purchasing the Calm Business Team Plan as this product is already at a discounted rate.
Do I receive access to the Microsoft Teams integration with my purchase of Team Plan?
Yes, the Calm Business Team Plan includes access to the Microsoft Teams integration.
Does the Team Plan include access for dependents?
