The Calm Partner Portal now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during the login process. This means that all Partner Portal Admins need to use an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or any other authenticator app of choice to verify their identity.
I've logged into my Partner Portal account and I see a screen with a QR code. What do I do next?
After launching the Partner Portal and entering your email and password, you will see the following screen:
Please note that you cannot use your mobile device camera to scan the QR code directly. You must use an authenticator app.
We recommend Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or another authenticator app of your choice that you or your organization may already use.
Google Authenticator setup instructions
- Download the Google Authenticator app from your mobile device's app store:
- Launch the Google Authenticator app, and tap the '+' icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select Scan a QR code and scan the QR code on the Calm Partner Portal ‘Secure Your Account’ screen, shown above.
- Your authenticator app will generate a one-time, 6-digit code. Enter this code into Calm's Partner Portal and click Continue to log into your Calm Partner Portal account.
- Optional: Choose to ‘Trust this device’ to log in faster upon subsequent logins.
Okta Verify setup instructions
- Download the Okta Verify app from your mobile device's app store:
- Launch the Okta Verify app and tap the '+' icon at the top of your screen.
- Select 'Organization' and tap 'Skip' when asked to 'Add Account from Another Device'.
- When asked 'Do You Have Your QR Code?' select Yes, Ready to Scan, and scan the QR code on the Calm Partner Portal ‘Secure Your Account’ screen, shown above.
- Your authenticator app will generate a one-time, 6-digit code. Enter this code into Calm's Partner Portal and click Continue to log into your Calm Partner Portal account.
- Optional: Choose to ‘Trust this device’ to log in faster upon subsequent logins.
If you are using a different third-party authenticator app and require further assistance setting up MFA, please reach out to the Calm Business Support team here. Tap 'Submit a Request' in the top right-hand corner of the page, and be sure to include your account's Partner Name, as well as the authenticator app you are using.
I've already setup MFA on my Partner Portal account. When I go to log in, I'm asked for another a one-time code. Where do I find this?
Upon each subsequent login to the Calm Partner Portal, you will be required to enter a 6-digit, one-time code to verify your identity. This code will be located in the authenticator app you originally used to set up MFA for the Calm Partner Portal.
Google Authenticator: launch the app on your mobile device and search for calm-partner-portal. Enter the one-time code you see here on your Calm Partner Portal login screen.
Okta Verify: launch the app on your mobile device and search for calm-partner-portal. Enter the one-time code you see here on your Calm Partner Portal login screen.
Other authenticator app: locate the one-time code for calm-partner-portal and enter this on your Calm Partner Portal login screen.
I received an error when I entered my one-time code. What do I do?
If your one-time code doesn't work with the Calm Partner Portal, first check that:
- You entered the code before it expired.
- You entered the correct code for the Calm Partner Portal.
- The time on your device is synced and correct for your local time zone.
