Free Calm users may often come across in-app notifications or upsell screens with various offers. These offers may include an additional free trial, an extended 14-day trial, or discount offers. The discount offers may include 40% to 50% off a yearly subscription.
Am I eligible for these trial or discount offers?
Not all users are eligible for the offers shown. It is very important that users read the order details prior to checking out. The order details prior to checking out will show trial start dates as well as payment start dates. You'll also find the amount to be charged and subscription details.
I was charged immediately while redeeming an in-app offer.
The charge amount and date of expected charge is shown prior to completing a purchase. If you were charged immediately, it is likely you were ineligible for the offer.
iTunes purchases
- Apple does not grant Calm the ability to make changes to your subscriptions. You will need to reach out to Apple Support here for additional assistance.
- Alternatively, Calm is able to transfer the subscription to another Calm account. Please contact our support team here with the Order ID number located on the receipt and provide the email address of the account you'd like to transfer the subscription to.
Google Play purchases
- Google Play does allow its developers the ability to make subscription changes. You will need to reach out with your GPA number located on your receipt . You may contact our support team here for assistance.
- Calm is also able to transfer the subscription to another Calm account. Please provide the email address of the account you'd like to transfer the subscription to.
