How to Redeem Your Sponsorship Provided by Your Healthcare Provider or Employer

If you've been invited to join Calm Health through your health insurance plan, physician, or employer, you should have received an invitation email containing an enrollment link and access code.

You can redeem your Calm Health sponsorship using the following steps within the app or on the website experience.

Redeem in the Calm Health app

1. Download the Calm Health app for free using one of the links below:
   • • iPhone
     • Android
       
       
2. Launch the Calm Health app. Here, you will see two options:
   • Create a Calm account: select this option if you do not have a Calm account and continue with the Apple, Google, Facebook, or Email Sign-up method.
   • Log in to your Calm account: select this option if you have an existing Calm account, and continue with your email address or third-party sign-in method previously shared with Calm.
3. After creating your account, you will be prompted to secure your account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please enter a valid US phone number, and select your preferred authentication method. You will have the option to verify your identity through a text message or phone call. 4. Next, enter your First and Last name and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tap Continue.
   
   

5. Validate your eligibility:

   • When prompted to, please enter your access code, member ID, date of birth, or code provided by your health insurance provider, physician, or employer (located in your invite email) and tap Submit.
     
     

6. Once you complete Step 5 above, you should now see a success page verifying that you have successfully completed your registration for Calm Health. You will be prompted to complete a survey with a few questions about yourself before being taken to your personalized Plan.

Redeem via the Calm Health website

1. From your invitation email, click on the Enroll Now button, or navigate to https://app.calmhealth.com/ to open the Calm Health website experience. We recommend using a Google Chrome web browser. 
   
   
2. Here, you will see two options:
   • Create a Calm account: select this option if you do not have a Calm account and continue with the Apple, Google, Facebook, or Email Sign-up method.
   • Log in to your Calm account: select this option if you have an existing Calm account, and continue with your email address or third-party sign-in method previously shared with Calm.

You can now download the mobile app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and log in with the Calm Health account and sign-in method you used in Step 2 above.
