Most of our meditations teach the basics of mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and experiences in the present moment without judgment. Some of our sessions introduce specific practices that lie within the umbrella of mindfulness, such as Vipassana, or insight practice, and Loving-Kindness. These practices help to develop non-judgemental awareness and a sense of acceptance, or equanimity.
We also provide meditations for sleep. These guided instructions help to let go of the busy mind, relax your body, and help you drift off into a good night’s rest.
We also now feature meditations by guest instructors like Shinzen Young, Elisha Goldstein, and Malika Chopra. Each instructor has a different style and approach. Mindfulness is a lifelong pursuit, and it can be helpful to learn from different perspectives along your path.
All of our teachings are universal and non-religious.
