Our Primary Guides
Tamara Levitt: As the Head of Mindfulness at Calm, Tamara has written and recorded most of the core meditation sessions available in the Calm app, including The Daily Calm. She is a long-time Mindfulness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the field. You can learn more about her on the Calm blog here.
John Armstrong: If you prefer a different voice, you can switch the narrator of our 7-Day Meditation programs (and a few select series) to John Armstrong for a new experience.
