If you’re having trouble logging in to your Calm account, you can reset your password.
How to reset your password:
Open the Calm app or go to calm.com/login.
Tap Log In.
Enter the exact email address associated with your Calm account/subscription purchase.
Tap Forgot Password?
Check your inbox for a link from support@calm.com.

Click the link to create your new password.
- If you have not received the email after 10 minutes, please add support@calm.com and hello@breathe.calm.com to your email contact list and try resetting your password again.
- For security reasons, your password reset link must be accessed within 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the link will expire, but you can always request a new link by following these steps again.
If you are currently logged in to your Calm account:
On the Mobile App:
Tap Profile > Settings.
Tap Change Password.
Enter your Old Password and then your New Password.
Tap Update.
On the Website:
Log in at calm.com/login.
Go to Profile > Account.
Click Change Password.
