How to Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails
To stop receiving promotional offers, newsletters, and marketing emails from Calm, follow these steps:
Open a recent marketing email from Calm in your inbox.
Scroll to the very bottom of the email.
Click the link that says “Unsubscribe.”
Important Tip for Gmail Users: Sometimes, long emails get "clipped" by your email provider. If you scroll to the bottom and do not see the Unsubscribe link, look for a button that says "View entire message" or "Message clipped." Click that first, then scroll to the bottom again to find the Unsubscribe link.
Troubleshooting: Still Receiving Emails?
Did you recently change your account email? If you previously updated the email address associated with your Calm account, but you are still receiving marketing emails sent to your old email address, please contact our support team here so we can manually remove your old address from our mailing list.
Having trouble with the link? If the unsubscribe button is broken or you are still receiving marketing emails after opting out, send us a message here and our support team will manually unsubscribe you.
Transactional Emails
Even if you unsubscribe from all marketing emails, Calm will occasionally send you "transactional emails."
What are they? These are mandatory emails about important account updates, such as changes to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or billing receipts.
Can I unsubscribe from these? No. We make every effort to keep these emails infrequent, but as long as you maintain an active Calm account, you cannot unsubscribe from legally required account updates.
