Where to find them: Tap the Sleep tab at the bottom of your screen, then select Sleep Stories from the menu at the top of the page.
2. Sleep Meditations
Adding a guided meditation to your nighttime routine can help you release physical tension and calm a racing mind before bed.

3. Sleep Music & Soundscapes
If you prefer listening to continuous ambient noise, we have a wide variety of sleep music and nature sounds to play quietly in the background while you drift off.

Pro Tip: Download for Offline Listening
Many users prefer to put their phones on Airplane Mode while sleeping to avoid incoming calls or texts. To prevent your audio from cutting out while offline, you can download your Sleep content ahead of time!
Simply tap the Download icon (a cloud with a downward arrow) on any story or meditation page.
You can easily access all of your saved offline content by navigating to the Sleep tab and tapping Downloads from the menu at the top.
