Adding meditation to your nighttime routine can help you transition from the fast-paced world we live in, to a peaceful state conducive to falling asleep quickly. Our meditations designed to help you fall asleep can be found under the 'Sleep' button on the Home page.
Our Sleep Stories are our most popular addition to a bedtime routine. We recommend starting with Stephen Fry narrating Blue Gold, a story about lavender. Simply tap ‘Sleep’ on the bottom of the Home screen to find our full list of Sleep Stories.
Lastly, we have a wide variety of sleep music to lull you to sleep. This list can be found in the 'Music' category of the 'Sleep' page.
