When troubleshooting a technical issue or contacting our support team, you may be asked which version of the Calm app you are currently running. You can find this information directly inside your app settings, or via your device's app store if the app will not open.
Method 1: Inside the Calm App Settings
If you can successfully open the app, this is the easiest way to find your version:
Open the Calm app.
Tap Profile from the main menu.
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the upper left corner of the screen.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the Settings menu.
Your current app version will be displayed at the bottom of the screen (for example, it will look something like "Version 6.95 (36748)").
Method 2: Via Your Device's App Store (If the App is Crashing)
If your app is crashing, freezing, or stuck on a loading screen, you may not be able to access your Profile settings. Instead, you can check your version using your app store:
Apple App Store (iOS): Open the App Store and search for "Calm." Tap the Calm app icon to view the main app page. Scroll down to the What's New section, which will display the most recent version number. (Note: If the blue button at the top of the page says "Update," you are currently running an older version).
Google Play Store (Android): Open the Google Play Store and search for "Calm." Tap the Calm app icon to view the details page. Scroll down and tap About this app, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Version number listed under the "App info" section.
