Which languages are available?
The Calm app currently offers full text and audio support for:
- English
- Spanish (Español)
- German (Deutsch)
- French (Français)
- Korean (한국어)
- Portuguese (Português)
- Japanese (日本語)
- Italian (Italiano)
- Mandarin Chinese (繁體中文)
- Polish (Polski)
How to Access Audio in Other Languages
You must change your app's language setting to listen to translated content.
- If your app is set to English, you will only see and hear English content.
- To listen to Spanish (or any other language) Meditations and Sleep Stories, you must follow the steps below to switch the app's language.
How to Change Your App Language
- Open the Calm app.
- Tap Profile > Settings (Gear Icon).
- Tap Change Language.
- Select your language from the list.
- The app will reload and the audio library will update.
