If you missed yesterday's Daily Practice (such as the Daily Calm, Daily Jay, Daily Trip, or Daily Move) or simply want to listen to an old favorite again, you can easily locate past sessions within the Calm app!
Here are three ways to access past Daily sessions:
Method 1: Replay from Your History
If you have already listened to a session and want to hear it again, it is automatically saved to your History tab:
Open the Calm app and tap Profile in the bottom menu.
Tap the History tab near the top of the screen.
Scroll down beneath the calendar to view your list of completed sessions.
Tap any past session in the list to replay it.
Method 2: Use the Search Feature
If you did not listen to the session when it was originally released, it will not be in your History. However, you can still find it using the search tool:
Tap the Discover tab at the bottom of the home screen.
Tap the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the screen.
Type in the specific name of the daily session, or search for "Daily Calm" (or your preferred program) to browse the available library.
Method 3: Save to Your Favorites
Want to keep a specific Daily session easily accessible for the future? You can bookmark it!
While playing the session, tap the Heart icon to save it.
To find your saved sessions later, tap Profile, select the Library tab, and open the Your Favorites carousel.
Note: Your session history and the full search function are currently only available on the Calm mobile app, and cannot be accessed on the Calm website.
