We have a wide variety of content available, with options ranging from 2 minutes to an hour in length!
Our Daily Calm meditations each run about 10 minutes in length. Our 7-day programs and our topical Series (such as the Relationship with Others Series or Emotions Series) also run about 10-15 minutes in length.
Any of the meditations in the "Meditate" menu that are not a Series or a multi-day program will have session options as short as 2-3 minutes, up to 30 minutes in length. For example, our Body Scan meditation, found in the "Beginners" category, has 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30-minute length options available to choose from. Others that have a variety of lengths include Deep Concentration, Walking Meditation, Commuting, Deep Sleep, and more!
Our shortest meditations include our Emergency Calm, for immediate relief from panic or stress, and Take:90, for immediate anger reduction.
Our unguided meditations - the "Breathe" session and our timer options (Timed Meditation and Open-Ended Meditation) - can be extended for several hours.
Our music tracks range from 3-5 min to about 1 hour in length. If you'd like to keep the music playing for longer, you may enable the autoplay option and the music will play continuously until you decide to stop it. You can learn more about this feature here.
We have a wide range of stories available to choose from in our Sleep section, from 12 minutes all the way up to 45 minutes long.

If you're looking for something longer, our longest stories include Snow Storm on Mount Shasta, Serenity of the Sea, Queen Victoria, The Butterfly Sanctuary, Morrocco's Hidden Forest, and Yellowstone National Park.
Some of our Calm Masterclasses are broken down into short 10-20 minute segments, while others are just one 1-hour class. The longer classes can be completed in more than one sitting and the app will remember where you left off.
