How to Search by Exact Time (3 to 60+ Minutes)
You can easily filter our entire library to find meditations that perfectly fit the time you have available:
Tap the Discover tab at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the Search bar at the top of the screen.
A time dropdown box will appear. Use this menu to select your desired length (ranging from 3 minutes up to 60+ minutes) and instantly see all matching content!
Quick Relief (Under 5 Minutes)
If you are short on time and need immediate mindfulness, we offer specific ultra-short exercises:
Emergency Calm: A quick session designed for immediate relief from panic or sudden stress.
Take:90: A quick 90-second exercise designed for immediate anger reduction.
Standard Sessions (10 to 15 Minutes)
Most of our daily practices and structured courses fall into this medium length, making them easy to fit into a morning routine or lunch break.
The Daily Calm: Our most popular daily meditation runs for about 10 minutes.
Programs & Series: Our 7-day programs and topical Series (such as the Relationship with Others or Emotions series) typically run between 10 to 15 minutes per session.
Adjustable Meditations (Pick Your Length)
Did you know you can pick the exact length for many of our standalone meditations?
Choose your time: When you tap on certain standalone sessions (programs that are not part of a multi-day series), you will be prompted to choose a duration before hitting play—usually 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes!
Examples: Try the Body Scan (found in the 'Beginners' category), Deep Concentration, Walking Meditation, Commuting, or Deep Sleep.
Long & Unguided Meditations (Up to Several Hours)
If you want to meditate for an hour or more, we recommend using our unguided tools.
Timers: You can use our Timed Meditation or Open-Ended Meditation tools, which can be set to run for several hours.
Breathing: Our unguided 'Breathe' sessions can also be extended for longer periods of time.
Pro Tip: Keep the Relaxation Going with Background Scenes
If you want to enjoy an adjustable 10-minute meditation but keep the relaxation going afterward, you can use our background Scenes!
If a background Scene (such as rain sounds or ambient music) is enabled, it will continue to play in the background even after your meditation has finished.
Where to find Scenes: Tap the Mountain icon in the top left corner of your Home page to choose a Scene. You can adjust the volume of the Scene as needed so it perfectly complements your meditation.
