If your healthcare provider or employer changes and you are invited to continue your Calm Health sponsorship with a new provider, you can update your sponsor details in the Profile settings of the Calm Health app or website.
Your sponsorship can be updated through specific member portal instructions provided by your benefits administrator. Additionally, you may receive a unique Calm Health invitation link or an access code from your new provider to complete this process.
Change via the Calm Health app or website
- Launch the Calm Health app. After logging in, tap the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to open your Profile settings.
- For website users, click on the Profile tab displayed on the top navigation bar.
- From the Profile screen, tap the Your Calm Health Sponsor button located just below your personal details to view your current sponsorship details. At the bottom of this screen, click the Update Sponsor button.
- You will be prompted to enter the access code from your new provider.
- Next, you may be presented with an authorization or consent screen. Click I Accept to proceed with updating your sponsorship.
- Enter your eligibility details provided by your new provider. This may include your work email, member ID, employee ID, or date of birth. If you are unsure of what to enter or how to find this information, please contact your benefits administrator for clarification.
- Once the update is successful, you will see a confirmation message before being redirected to your Profile Sponsorship screen, where your updated sponsorship details will be displayed.
If you have not received your redemption instructions, invitation link, or access code, please reach out to your benefits provider for further assistance.
