How to Update Your Calm Health Account Email, Name, or Password

You can update your Calm Health account email address, name, or password at any time from your Profile settings.

How to get to the Account Management screen

Using the app:

1. Log in to the Calm Health app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap Settings ⚙️ in the top right corner, then tap Manage Calm Account.

Using the website:

1. Log in to the Calm Health website and click the Profile tab.
2. Click Settings, then click Manage Calm Account.

You'll be prompted to verify your identity using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Follow the on-screen instructions using your registered phone number.

What you can update

Once verified, you'll land on the Account Management screen, where you can:

• View the email address or social login used to create your account
• View and edit your first and last name
• Reset your password (email and password users only)
• View the phone number registered for MFA
