How to Introduce Your Children to Meditation with Calm Kids

How to Find the Calm Kids Section
The Kids section is available to access on both the Calm mobile app and the Calm website.
In the Mobile App: Open your Calm app, tap the Discover tab at the bottom of the screen, and tap the Calm Kids button.
